Refund policy

At Rani Taran, we take great care in designing and packing every piece. Each order is quality-checked before dispatch. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product
  • You receive an incorrect item (wrong design or size)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

To initiate a return, please contact us with clear images or a short video of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Since our pieces are produced in limited quantities and handled with care:

  • Size-related issues
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences

are not eligible for return or refund.


Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment

If a replacement is preferred and stock is available, we’ll be happy to arrange that instead.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • In case of a damaged or incorrect product, we will assist you with the return process
